Learn how to identify your native trees! Branch Out Burlington! sponsors an annual tree walk in June. Our 2008 tree walk is scheduled for Saturday, June 14th at 10:00 a.m. Meet in front of the Waterman Building near the UVM Green. Parking is available at the lot at the top of College Street. As a new addition to this year's walk, we are also going to discuss some of the common health problems many of our urban trees face. For the entire life of the tree, from planting to pruning, we will discuss how trees want to grow and how you can help them. This is sure to be a great opportunity!
